USWCC Member Felicia James Testifies Before House Small Business Committee

On May 23, 2013, USWCC Member Felicia James, President of Primestar Construction, testified before the House Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting & Workforce entitled Building in America, Challenges for Small Construction Contractors. The purpose of the hearing was to examine barriers to the maximum practicable utilization of small business construction and A & E contractors.
