Open Enrollment: USWCC Advantage Selected Private Health Exchange Powered by Aon Health PLUS

We are pleased to announce the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce has selected Aon, a global leader in insurance and health solutions, to provide USWCC members with access to a private health insurance solution – Aon Health PLUSSM. Details of the private health insurance exchange may be accessed at USWCCAdvantage.com/health or you may go directly to accessUSWCC.aonhealthplus.com to get started.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has made health insurance coverage available to all Americans. For small businesses who are looking for an alternative to, or do not provide, group health benefits to their employees, Aon Health PLUS is an easy-to-use solution now available to USWCC members – at no cost. The program is designed to offer a wide array of individual health insurance options that meet or exceed ACA requirements, while providing expert assistance to help take the complexity out of the shopping and enrollment process.

Open enrollment for 2017 health coverage begins on November 1, 2016.

By working with Aon, USWCC members receive access to education, guidance and individual health insurance backed by a support team that helps ensure an exceptional customer experience. Firms offering Aon Health PLUS to their employees, benefit by:

  • Providing access to health coverage at no cost to you
  • Avoiding the hassles of administering a group health plan
  • Reducing the time investment needed for set-up
  • Offering a solid benefits program that helps attract and retain employees
  • Fostering a happy, healthy workplace—which can equal a productive workplace

Your employees will appreciate that you are concerned about their well-being, which may help strengthen their commitment to your business. You’ll be giving them ready access to valued individual health insurance in an easy-to-understand manner, and helping them to avoid tax penalties associated with going uninsured.

We also thank the team at Dickerson Employee Benefits for their efforts to make this private health exchange possible for our members. A longtime advisor and supporter of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce, the leaders of Dickerson Employee Benefits are noted for both their industry and civic leadership. Dickerson's long-standing affiliations with leading insurance carriers and strategic partners allow for a well-rounded portfolio of offerings that combines core medical and ancillary plans with business solutions. Our hats off to Tony Lee and Lorraine Donen for all of their efforts on behalf of our members.

USWCC Advantage harnesses the focused power and clout of the membership of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce to provide our members with access to the high quality services and the support necessary to build your businesses, careers and safe retirement.

Watch for future announcements.

Sincerely,
