Margot DorfmanCEO
Margot Dorfman, Co-Founder and CEO, is a visionary leader who has dedicated herself to promoting the economic and leadership interest of women. Her extensive background in business, business ownership, publishing and nonprofit leadership has prepared Ms. Dorfman to set the vision for the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce (uswcc.org). Vikki Hawthorne, National Director | Supplier DevelopmentU.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce
Vikki Hawthorne is the National Director | Supplier Development for the Chamber. Widely regarded as a passionate small business resource partner who thoroughly understands the many challenges of small business ownership, Ms. Hawthorne has extensive ‘insider’ experience in federal government contracting and training.  In 2014, Ms. Hawthorne retired with 30 years of federal government service with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). From January 2011 through August 2014, Ms. Hawthorne served as Associate Director in the Office of Small Business Programs at DLA’s Land and Maritime and was responsible to ensure that small businesses got their fair share of $3 Billion eligible contracting dollars. Lauren Stiles is a dedicated trainer, consultant and keynote speaker who has helped thousands of individuals and organizations solve their problems and pave their way to success. She has particular expertise in franchise management in the salon industry, and is known for her engaging, inspirational and educational trainings. With 20-plus years in the salon industry, Lauren has designed and launched sales and customer service programs in over 1,300 salons across the United States. She has also spearheaded a number of employee incentive programs for salons, boosting staff retention by over 25 percent.  Read more about Lauren.

Sally Rutledge-Ott, Regional DirectorU.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce | Illinois (Illinois Central - Chicago Surrounding Suburbs - Northwest - including Davenport, IA)
Sally Rutledge-Ott, ACE, NFPC is the President & CEO of Ottsie, LLC, a Certified Woman-Owned Supplier specializing in the construction industry, and is Managing Partner of Ott Electric, LLC, a full-service union electrical contractor in Illinois. Sally has an Associate’s degree in Court and Convention Reporting and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Taneshia Nash Laird, Regional DirectorU.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce | New Jersey (Ewing-Trenton Region)
Taneshia Nash Laird is the owner of Legacy Business Advisors, a strategic communications and development consultancy, and co-owner of several businesses.  The published co-author of the critically acclaimed book “Still I Rise: A Graphic History of African Americans,” Taneshia is a committed community leader with a passion for art, history and the environment. Felicia James, Regional DirectorU.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce | Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Region)
Felicia James is the President and owner of Primestar Construction, a Women Owned, SBA 8 (a) and HUBZone certified full service construction firm.  Having over 15 years of construction related experience and a combined executive staff of over 40 years construction trade experience helped to afford Primestar to solidify a firm footing in the Federal Contracting sector. Felicia has served the Small Business community by providing testimony to the Congressional Small Business Committee on behalf of women in small businesses and how various legislation affects our business climate and bottom line. Read more about Felicia.

Janet Fish, Council LeaderNational Women Veterans Council
Janet Fish has two decades of education and experience working with the FBI, Customs Border Patrol, the US Coast Guard, and a variety of Intelligence Operations in defending American assets and is the author of National Security Counterterrorism (Pen Name –Noah Waters). Ms. Fish currently holds a Masters in Leadership & Mass Communications, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree. Read more about Janet.

Felicia James, Agency LiaisonAir Force

Jennifer Dickerson, Agency LiaisonDepartment of Energy
Jennifer Dickerson is the President and Owner of EnRep, Inc.; a woman-owned small business.  She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Environmental Engineering.  Her 26 years of experience in environmental management and engineering has been the backdrop for establishing a premier environmental consulting firm in 2002 that specializes in training & procedures, chemical & hazardous waste management, and nuclear & safety compliance in the federal contracting arena.   Early consulting contracts laid the foundation to launch Ms. Dickerson’s company into a pre-selected subcontracting role in 2008 and do work at the Hanford Site in Washington State; one of the largest DOE environmental cleanups in the USA.  EnRep continues to receive accolades for exceptional customer service and responsiveness to program requirements in the field of environmental consulting.

Susan Wendt, Agency LiaisonDepartment of Transportation
Susan Wendt is President of Wendt Productions, a woman owned Strategic Sourcing and Marketing Firm located a few minutes north of Tampa, Florida. She is a certified EDWOSB and DBE in Florida and a dozen other states.  Ms. Wendt is the Small Business Liaison for the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce for Transportation and is closely working with Florida's DOT to help DBE firms to partner with prime contractors who win portions of road and bridge construction projects in the state. Wendt works with Defense contractors, financial institutions and transportation primes in creating customer and employee rewards programs designed for ROI

Lynn Petrazzuolo, Agency LiaisonEnvironmental Protection Agency
Lynn Petrazzuolo is the President/CEO of Avanti Corporation. She has 29 years of experience supporting federal contracts providing scientific and engineering support for development and implementation of environmental regulatory and compliance programs. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia (Environmental Sciences) and is a Certified Environmental Specialist.

Renita Wilson, Agency LiaisonTreasury
Renita Wilson serves as Executive Vice President. Ms. Wilson has been an integral part of the 1st Choice team since April 2003. Renita is a self-motivated, visionary professional with more than 25 years experience in marketing and business development for federal, state and local governments 1st Choice is an award-winning certified EDWOSB firm that is also a graduate of the SBA 8(a) program.  1st Choice provides nationwide services in Program Management, Staff Augmentation and Document and Records Management.  Renita’s vision and strategy has helped propel the substantial growth at 1st Choice and working in tandem with CEO Michelle Bell, she expects to achieve even greater sales increases in the near future.

Renita is the USWCC Treasury Liaison for the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce, and has received accolades from clients and industry peers.  Renita is a marketing graduate from the prestigious Robert Smith College of Business at the University of Maryland and resides in Maryland.
