Matchmaking Process

Live Matchmaking: During live matchmaking, you'll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with any participating agency or prime contractor of interest. There are no sign-up sheets or pre-scheduled appointments. Each meeting is allotted 5 minutes, though you may continue longer if no one is waiting in line. If you’re patient and persistent, you’ll likely have the chance to meet with most—if not all—participants.

Be sure to bring plenty of one-page capability statements and business cards with your contact information.

Virtual Matchmaking: You will receive a Virtual Matchmaking Survey via email during the last week of May. This survey must be completed no later than 8:00 PM ET on Thursday, June 5, 2025, in order to participate in virtual matchmaking. No separate registration or fee is required.
In the survey, you’ll select up to six (6) meeting preferences. We will use your selections to schedule as many appointments as possible based on mutual availability. However, a specific number of meetings is not guaranteed.
Virtual matchmaking meetings will be held in small groups, with two small businesses and one agency or prime representative per session. Each session will last 15 minutes, providing a focused opportunity to share your capabilities and connect with another small business professional with similar offerings.

One-On-One Matchmaking

Important: Agencies, Large Primes, and Resource Partners listed in bold below have confirmed their participation. Next to each confirmed participant, we will indicate their participation type: Live, Virtual, or Both.

Please check back frequently, as this list will be updated regularly as new confirmations are received.
