SBA: New List of Eligible of Industries for ED/WOSB Set-Aside Program

Every five years the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is required to produce a study to update the eligible NAICS codes for the WOSB Federal Contracting Program. 

Earlier this year, The U.S. Small Business Administration published an updated list of eligible industries for the WOSB Federal Contracting Program. Based on the recently commissioned study, the SBA announced an increase in the number of eligible industries from 444 to 759. 

While there have been several new industries added, others have been discontinued. All firms should review the NAICS to see how their industries have been impacted.
